Could this be the next must have shock, 3 position climb switch, high n low speed compression and rebound, all tool free adjustments. I seriously miss my coil db with ti spring setup, although adjustments were a ballache, nothing has come close to matching it, my Rockshox super deluxe just isn't doing it for me, was about to purchase an X2 but maybe I'll hold off until the reviews on the kitsuma come in.

I'd think about one. I've still got a db air cs on my aged Bronson and it is properly amazing. Much better than the DPX2 I have on another bike.

I'm impressed, no more counting clicks, no allen keys needed, just glance down at the dials, simple as a clock face, genius.

Had a ccdb air and a coil CS with Ti spring on the last bike. Much preferred the coil.
I'm impressed with the DVO Jade i have in the current bike. Plusher than the X2 it replaced.

Have to say, once the shocked are dialled in, I'm not fussed about ease of adjustment.

Looks good, yes lots of dials, but reality is unless you really need it, high and low compression should be zero, then rebound is all about what you're doing on the day, easy to switch between rattly techy trails to more flowing berm style stuff.

Will wait and see what the reviews are like as i'm in the market for a rear shock soon, was thinking fast fenix, but this could be a better and cheaper option.

According to the cane creek video, the range of adjustment is so vast it removes the need for custom internal tuning to suit different bike frames.

“Have to say, once the shocked are dialled in, I’m not fussed about ease of adjustment.“

A lot easier to get it dialled in without trying to get an Allen key in at an awkward angle. I didn’t think so when I had a DBair but having since had a Lyrik RC2 it’s so nice being able to tweak when you notice things out riding.

Was thinking for a moment I'd bought a cane creek DBCoil IL 2 weeks too early but this is replacing the burlier piggyback DBCoil CS.

Phew!!

Looks nice though, and it's great to have high and low speed compression and rebound. I'be adjusted mine 1 and 2 clicks away from the base settings on LSC and LSR and it's perfect.
