Playing about with a DBIL Air and keep reading conflicting advice regarding rebound. As I understand it, low speed rebound affects smaller bumps and high speed rebound affects larger bumps and drops.Â

The high speed rebound dial makes a big difference to how the shock feels but the low speed rebound is very subtle.Â

Some places say set the low speed rebound first but i can hardly feel any difference. High speed rebound however, easy.Â
I've followed the cane creek guide and been very happy.
Recently I've added a bit more of all the damping and been even happier
I got a tiny wee booklet with one of my cane cree shocks, complete with mini pencil for taking notes as I changed things.
