I need a bush for a CC shock.
The bush has an 8mm hole for mounting bolt.
The bush is 12.7mm diameter (cc standard?) and the width for the linkage is 30mm.
The tft site doesnt list a 30mm wide bushing. So what do i do?
thanks

Phone JTech

They'll machine hardware to size and are generally very helpful and nice.
(cc standard?)
No such thing, they use different ones on various of their shocks.
What bike is it for?
Also by bush do you mean the hardware that the bolts physically go through rather than the 'wearing' bush which is pressed in to the eyelet.
Either way, James @ JTech will see you right.
ah...i may mean the hardware that is pressed in. I got confused with looking at 'offset bushes'.
thanks for your help
If you mean hardware, I'd also recommend Bounce Suspension.
They make very nice, reasonably priced stainless ones - plain or offset.
Its for an older Cube Stereo hpc 160.
So, just to clarify......the shock has a cast eyelet at each end. Into that is pressed a bush (the thin walled tube). Then there is the mounting hardware, which is a solid bar that is drilled to accept the mounting bolt?
Is that all correct? Before i phone Jtech and sound a numpty.....
https://www.tftuned.com/tf-tuned-mount-kit-127mm-m8/p2937 if it's a CC Inlne just pick M8x30
Or if it's a DB Air/ Coil then pick M8x30 here

You're welcome.
Get one of these as well

If if it’s a metal eyelet within the casting on the shock body you’ll need to get that out as well. That’s a bit that wears and if you put new mounting hardware on a worn bushing you might still feel play.
i use the low friction kit from tf and that just pushes in really easily.
