Could any kind soul confirm if things are okay there/had a recent order delivered? I ordered a light Wednesday AM and haven't had a delivery or been able to contact them.

They were spot on with me I had to warranty the first one and they sent me a new one out before they had received the faulty one back which I thought was fantastic customer service.

Resolved. Unsurprisingly, the hold up was with Royal Mail.
