Can you substitute a Deore 5100 Rear mech for a Cues U6020?

Need a low cost replacement in a hurry for a broken mech - I'm a bit lost with shimano these days. Both appear to be top normal 11 speed with a direct mount......?

I think so based on this:

The internets seems to suggest cable pull is very close between Shadow and CUES...

if you buy the linkglide deore m5130 mech then its compatible with the cues shifter, the issue will be that Cues U6020 is meant for a 2x setup and the 5130 is for a 1x and has a clutch.

Cues mechs are discounted all over the place as well £37.99 at Bikeparts for example
