I know, another random question for today.
One of my cogs on the 12sp is dinked... i've tried to straighten it, but not sure i'll get it 100%.
So what i'd like is a 19t cog off a 12sp SRAM cassette... possible ?
Thanks all.
No. They’re one piece.
No, it's many piece. First 4 I think are joined, the rest are separates. But I only need to buy the one.
I'm honestly thinking about going 11sp on this as the 12 seems a lot of Messi g, more faff, more precise and for what, a 50t cog I never need. Hmmm.
Which cassette is it?
Depends on the cassette. X01/XX1 is 11 cogs from a single bit of alloy, with a pinned 50/52t. GX is pinned together, NX... not sure.
SRAM Pg1230
Apologies, as above, xx1-gx are but sram makes no mention of separates elsewhere. Looks like you can only get up to 15t a spares.
@Weeksy, I have a 12sp NX cassette which was working fine until the 28T sprocket wore away the soft alloy freehub but should still be okay. You're welcome to it for postage if you can use it as I've now replaced it with an SLX using microspline.
Hey Faz, that's a fantastic offer. I'll throw you a pm in the morning. Thank you
No problem, I've just checked and the 19T sprocket looks fine.
