if so, what's the process - direct call to Hope or via LBS?

Lbs should be able to get them. Missus got some red ones. You need to get the matching rotors though 😆

Yes. Only available through a Hope Tech Shop. There's a list on the Hope website.
Otherwise give Coombes Cycles a call. Hereford 01432 354373. Not sure if they are there this week. Holidays innit.
