Google seems to say need a tapered steerer but I thought I'd check at the fount of all knowledge 😂
I want to steepen the HA by a small amount, as I prefer the sharper handling of my old bike with more trad geo to my current bike with a 70deg HA. I'm going to try removing a spacer first to see if a bit more weight over the front improves things first but would be interesting to experiment with HA if possible
bump for lunch... humour me, last week I couldn't ride due to an infected toe, now I have manflu, the only thing keeping me sane is overthinking minor problems 🙂
What headset does it have? integrated or external?
If its a an external ec34 1 1/8 like everyone used to run in the good old days then this guy makes a 1.5 degree one, or could probably custom make you any angle you want.

Run 35c rear, 28c front. Cant think of a single reason not to
Non-teper 1 1/8"

2 degrees should make it mroe fun. Putting more weight over the front will make it more stable not less. You'd want a shorter stem for faster handling.
EDIT integrted headset - you'd have to file it out I guess, maybe the crown races of the above will get you there, as there isn't a lot of load on the top races.
Check Works Components, they do lots of options;
