Ok. So I've bought myself some X0 trail brakes and they came with a pair of 200mm rotors, but they haven't come with any mounting hardware.
My bike has already got 180mm rotors (PM front, IS back) and I have ordered a 200mm adaptor. I am going to run 200mm front and 180mm rear.
My problem is, which adaptor bolts and caliper mounting kit do I need?
Apparently the Trail brakes are non CPS ie they don't use all the stupid conical washers and stuff, but I don't know what size bolts I need. M6 x 20mm?
I was thinking of getting something like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/6-Titanium-bolt-m6-x-20mm-6-washers-shimano-hope-avid-formula-brake-mount-kit/251303521408?_trksid=p5197.m1992&_trkparms=aid%3D111000%26algo%3DREC.CURRENT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D14%26meid%3D9190372873871471255%26pid%3D100015%26prg%3D1006%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D9%26sd%3D251303521408%26
4 for the front adaptor and the caliper. 2 for the rear caliper.
Can anyone give any advice please?
What adapters are you running? 20mm sounds too short to me. Measure you caliper, add 20mm for the back and 40mm for the front, then add another 10mm for going into your threads.
I reckon.
Measure up what looks right, grab and ruler.
