I just bought a bleed kit for my Elixirs and it was sold as working on both

I have Oros, and bled them with an Avid kit.

Formula do a generic kit for all their brakes, so I'd say you'd be ok with a Avid one. I just bought a new one with dot fluid for £12 off Ebay.

Does it follow that it would work on 'the one' as well then.

Works on most Formulas, but one type has a shrouded bleed screw that stops the fitting going in, though a bit of filing should sort this.
