I currently have a SRAM 0x double.

can I use this chainset, change the ring for a sram 11 speed and change the rear mech and chain?

would this work?

I'm using a 10sp X9 double with mine, it's all the same really. Some chain line potential issues with a double but not much? Is it a removable spider? If so go direct mount and it will line up right.

Mine is a mix of XT shifter, mech and cassette with sram chain and cranks. Works fine. If it's a X0 crank the whole spider should come off, there's 3 bolts on the back. You can then fit a direct mount chain ring

You dont need a specific 11sp ring, any 104bcd NW will work

so if I can fit Direct mount chainring. I can install an 1x11 setup that works perfectly (chainline wise) like a full 1x11 groupset?

can I mix a XT 11spd cassette? (they are cheaper than sram 11spd cassette)

Yes, though I'd go sram cassette lighter bigger range and now that much more for gx.

I have the same cranks. I use a direct mount oval ring, the rest of the drive train is sram GX 11 speed and it works perfectly.
