I have some 32mm fox foam rings and Reba 32mm leg fork that needs new foam rings. Can I use the fox ones?

Assuming that the dimensions are the same, I'd say yes. Why-ever not? If you are really that worried, leave them soaking overnight in the suspension fluid you plan to use and see if they degrade.

Fitted, bike still in bits awaiting a few parts so will have to wait and see if they actually work.
