I bought a set of Fulcrum Racing 7 650b wheels from Wiggle. They come with several different axle set ups. All the various end caps are included but out of the box it's 12 x 142 TA.
Having an Arkose I need to convert rear to QR but whilst one side pops off the other (drive side) is reverse threaded.
I simply cannot remove it despite having a pro 14mm cone wrench and a good quality 17mm spanner. Any force and the non drive side cone flats start to chew being pretty soft.
Clearly its been screwed on too tight.
The wheels have been opened and I've cut open the end cap bags etc. I have mounted the front wheel just to check it fitted.
Can I return these? Do I have a case?
If the case is about 650 x 650 x 200 mm then it should be fine for returning them.

Reverse threaded? Are you certain you're turning the cap the right way?
Yes - it tells you in the manual that comes with the wheels. Left hand thread so clockwise to remove.
