you need to find the url of the actual image rather than page hosting it.
will normally end with .jpg or .gif
yours was;
then use the IMG button to add it to your post. You'd linked to the folder wiht it in not the image itself.
normally right clicking on an image and properties or similar will find it - in your case I looked at the page info.
