Will be swapping my trusty Crossrides over on to my Son's new 26'er HT build in the near future (Easter - as that's the only free time I seem to have lol).

They currently run tubes and have that annoying little plastic adapter to allow presta valves to be used.

Can these be set up tubeless?

Would it be rim tape (gorilla) and presta valves through the adapter or split tube with Schrader valves?

Cheers

Mavic do a specific one piece UST rim strip that works with crossrides. You might struggle to get them for 26” though.

These ones:

Mavic UST tubeless rim tape

Trying to work out if I need 19c or 21c.

Mavic website refers to 19c tyres so assuming it's the 19c tape?

I think it’s 19c. Have you measured the rim width?

I tubelessed mine with gorilla tape - worked well but needed 3 wraps to build up the rim bed well enough to get the tyres to seat with a compressor
