Nope. You can buy a sale bike though (I did) then you submit the receipt and get paid automatically over four quarters.
You can purchase one bike per principal member every three years. You'll need to pay the full retail price of the bike and then claim your cash back by completing the claims process on www.vitalitycycles.co.uk. The bike must be paid for by the principal member on your plan.Cash back applies to sale and non sale bikes. Turbo trainers and rollers are excluded. This offer is not valid for the Cycle to Work scheme or bikes purchased on finance. You will not be eligible for cash back if you purchase a bike in part or in full with a gift voucher.

FYI the bike shop looses 10% on bike to work scheme. Someone has to pay for it, that's why you can't combine offers with it.
