I believe that 148x12 is a new 'boost' size. Does an adapter exist to convert Hope hubs to that standard, or will any frame that size require a diferent bespoke hub?
Might be best to phone Hope. They are normally very helpful. They do a 142x12 and I think I remember reading about a 148 adaptor (which perhaps also has spacers on the disk mount)
They've said they're going to make a front hub adapter for Boost but nothing on a rear.
So - you can get a 3mm spacer for each side and then a 3mm shim behind the rotor to put it back in the right place, or a 6mm drive-side spacer and then re-dish the wheel (if your spokes will accommodate it).
(That's assuming you've 142x12 already)

Thanks....this seems another minefield of mew standards...argh.
