A cane creek shock needs a service, any recommendations on who to send it to for the service?
North West based, just in case I can call in and drop it off rather than post.
Cheers

TF tuned are the UK approved service centre. I sent mine to them and they phoned back saying the internals were ruined and needed replacing - a quick email of my receipt for the shock meant all that happened on warranty...

I bought my son a 2nd hand orange five which had a Cane Creek BD Air fitted. The seller disclosed that it needed servicing. I sent it to TF Tuned, with his details, bike model type of riding etc and it was turned around in a few days, with recommended pressures and clicks for all four adjustments. As it had so many adjustments, and I had access to a Shokwiz, I thought I’d hook it up to see what it said. Transpired that I need not have bothered as all the settings that it came back from TF were displayed showing as green on the Shokwiz.

TL:DR, TF tuned would be my shout, not just for service but decent advice on base settings too.

This is why TF are my recommendation for everything. I recently sent my shock to Silverfish instead, came back for zero information beyond “serviced”

How's the CCDB Air hold up in comparison to the current crop of shocks? Ive a pre-CS shock in the garage, needs a service, but I want to change the shock size on a bike, and this is the right length.
