Am looking at shipping a bike within the the uk can anyone recomend a good service to use?

Shop around, depending on size and value - though I've found that quite often it's ParcelForce that come round to collect anyway:

Interparcel seem to be OK, they act as middle man for a range of shipping companies, cheapest I could find for shipping my frame
