Simultaneously saying that you can't return unwanted goods after 28 days cos they will return them and bill you for it, and any returns after 28 days will get a credit note not a refund.

Or am I missing something/being stupid?

I'd read that as if it's after 28 days it needs to be faulty.
Then it's credited not refunded.

Changed your mind after 28 days. Not their problem.

It's about as clear as mud mind so I'm broadly making that up by joining only the first and last dots, since all the rest are hidden.

It was pretty hit and miss before they went pop. I imagine service is unlikely to improve as all their staff look for alternative employment.

Had a faulty Reverb and returned it just under 12 months old and they couldn't have been any better.

Oh, that reminds me, anyone want to buy a brand new reverb?

Do you think if I offered to professionally redraft this for them so it makes sense they’d send me a free Whippet in return? Nah me either.

Anyway it’s total nonsense and not compatible with statutory consumer rights.

If you are returning stuff because you just don’t want it anymore, you get 28 days. After that period it’s a gamble. That’s the only bit that makes any degree of sense.

For some reason I thought it was 365 days 🙁

This is what I expected when I contacted them today as I couldn't process an order. I was however pleasantly surprised. Although I couldn't contact them on live chat, when in the recent past they have responded really quickly, I had no problem via WhatsApp.

They tried their best to resolve the problem for me and in the end I managed to successfully place my order via my laptop rather than the android. I later discovered that although they hadn't responded to my initial query via live chat they had attempted to do so via email.

So any queries it's worth contacting them imo.
