Looking at a custom build and the xo1 comes with a press fit bob, although the frame I'm buying is a standard threaded, how can I get it to work? If someone could give it to e in lay mans terms that would be awesome, as I'm really segueing to get my head around all these "bb30s, gpx, press fit, BSA"

You can use a threaded sram BB or something like the Hope HTII with the adapter.
