I'm doubting this but worth an ask.
Is there any sort of adapter kit available that will let you fit a 135mm QR wheel into a frame / dropouts designed for a 135mm 12mm Maxle?
I have Hope hubs which I know can be converted by changing the hubs internal axle but is there a work round that avoids pulling the hub apart?

IF it's a Hope Pro 2 Evo hub, it's a matter of changing the end caps, AFAIK.
Otherwise, it's dismantle the hub to fit new axle. Or change the dropouts to QR.
The hub dismantle thing isn't a big job really.
