Riding FOD for the first time in a few weeks, planning to camp as near as possible to the trail centre.

Anyone recommend a campsite nearby?

Cheers 👍

A bunch of us have been staying here at Greenacres in Colefordevery September for the last 9 years. Close to the PBA trail head and they allow fires. Has become a little more upmarket since we first stayed, but still very relaxed and bike friendly.

Did a week at Whitemead, as part of our Summer hols. Fab place. Short ride to the Trail Centre, all off road. Spent the morning riding, back for jacuzzi, dip in the pool & pint of Doom Bar in the sun. What could be better.

Bracelands is a good location with standard Forestry Commission facilities and vibe - it is rather hilly though, so arriving late on busy weekends = slopey pitch.
