Yesterday I received a roll of Gorilla Tape from an ebay seller.
Instead of a 1 inch wide roll of black Gorilla Tape, I've been sent a rather survivalist roll of Camoflage-print tape with a matt finish, which is wider (I ordered the "To go" roll because it's exactly the right width for my rims).
Has anyone tried the printed stuff for tubeless conversions? I guess it'll work ok after I cut it down to the right width, but I don't want to replace the faff of sending it back with having to mess around re-doing a set of wheels if green and black ink and sealant start splooging out of spoke holes.
I would have thought it would still work.
B&Q do the 25mm wide stuff though so it doesn't have to be from online.
Don't think you'll have problems with the sealant but if you break a spoke removing the old tape can be a ball ache.
