HI folks, bearing in mind this is a complete idiot posting I am looking for advice regarding camera mounting. Camera is kitvision hd10, seems to give pretty good footage helmet mounted but would prefer chest mount, however I cant seem to get it to tilt at a high enough angle even using a 'J' mount any ideas?
If it's anything like the GoPro, mount it upside down and then flip the video.
Put the camera upside down, ie so it is hanging down from the chest mount. That lets you angle it further away from your chest.
And set the camera to upside down mode if possible. Otherwise your video will be upside down. But you can edit it afterwards on your computer if necessary.
