My CamelBak started leaking from where the tube connects onto the bladder. Had a look when I got home and the seal had become damaged so looked up on the CamelBak website about getting a replacement and they had a warranty claim bit for it so tried that. They have sent me a whole new tube complete with bite valve as a replacement foc. Great customer service.

Encouraging, my 3 month old KUDU pack developed a small hole where the stitching failed and is heading back to Wiggle for warranty inspection later today. Hoping for a decent out turn...

Not CamelBak directly but years ago I bought a Mule from Merlin Cycles and the tube developed a leak in the same place after about 3 months. They just sent me out a complete bladder and tube assembly, so now have a spare bladder 🙂

Got a Camelbak Chute plastic bottle that I use for work every day. The rubber retainer for the screw on cap wore out, I messaged them about it to see about sourcing another one (they sell the whole assembly that seemed a bit overkill to replace if I didn’t need to) and other than a “we’ve received your message” didn’t hear a thing for about, oh, three days... when a whole new cap assembly turned up in the post FOC.

I’ve kept the usable parts of the old one as spares - it’s that sort of service that’s made me even more brand loyal to them.

Yeah, a pretty good company to deal with from my experience. 👍

I've contacted them a couple of times, one time chancing my arm for a replacement buckle that I trapped in the car door for example, and they (or Jungle, the importers) have always sorted me out. They've earned my respect and while I might not be a brand loyalist, I'm very likely to give them my custom in future.

Sent me a complete new top for my Eddy bottle because it was leaking. Bosh.

I thought we don't use them anymore due as apparently they build guns? 😉

I've got their bladder good few years now and had a couple of O-rings that needed replacement. At both occasions I received them free with no hassle at all - for me this is beyond excellent customer service.

darn wrote this reply once and lost it.

waist buckle on my mule broke, tried get warrant replacement, told there are no spares in UK. one may come sometime.

fashioned something from b&q buckles and possible reused old ones or bought b&q webbing for now.

no beef, just how it is 🙂 .. thinking of a smaller pack but still would use the mule for certain rides
