Are there regular sessions at Calshot? My google-fu doesn't seem to pick much up other than courses offered and club only stuff?
Did a taster with my work last night and enjoyed it a lot, could be a viable alternative to turboing in the kitchen

Seems very limited info - I was hoping for an evening session rather than a race on a weekend (sundays is daddy day care). Maybe they only do the courses and the sunday league.
