Short chainring bolts 🙂

10 quid for 5 at crc (assuming my card doesn't get cloned). Is that the cheapest?

Take the long ones and shorten them in the garage. I got my dad to do it for me.

Bash ring, washers or stick another chainring on the outside.

Spend the extra and get stainless steel ones from Charlie.

Having used alloy ones on my SS, the £9.99 ones from CRC are too soft. Stainless steel for me from now on.

Don't do alloy. They cannay take it captain.
And always pack a spare as some folk tend of lose them and they come in five packs.
