I'm ditching the single speed and going 1x10. I have a sliding drop out chammy and the hanger adaptor.

I have all the bits but it occurred to me that I might still need the old chain tugg?? I'm not sure it will work on the drive side with the hanger adaptor fitted and I was hoping not to need it.

So how have people got their slidey chameleons set up with gears??

Those pieces you have go on either side and then the axle slots in and butts up against the end as if it was a normal vertical dropout. No chain tug needed.

Pieces!!!!!....oh I've only got the drive side one. I'll have to check through the box of bike bits and see.... Otherwise I'll be back on here to try and source a non drive side adaptor

Should be one for either side with a chainring bolt to hold them on the dropout from memory (2parts per side?). One bolted in they're just like normal dropouts in use, except horizontal.

Yep, the dropouts are pairs. If you've only got one side you're suffer. Gearmechhanger.com only sell them in pairs, little over twenty quid I think.
