We're having a Fat Bike category at Hit the North 3, providing enough [s]attention seekers[/s] fat bike aficionados enter.

From my experience most races have a fat bike rider catagory. Normally sweating away towards the back of the field. It's usually my category of choice.

It's only a half fat and a single speed, which means your got twice the distance to cover Hendy.

I was thinking today about taking the Singular but it now looks like I've been bulied into going fat again this year as well as last year?

evening, newish member here , seen a couple of these fat fellows goin along the beach at berwick during the summer looked cool as . any info what frames ? what type of riding they used for?

Don't know if he/they are aware of here - but was in Hebden Bridge 'Blazing Saddles' on Sunday and there was someone from 'on one' on a prototype fat tyre bike.
Didn't catch the name, but they kindly let me have a play up and down the street - looks like it could be good fun :).

Anyway, could be worth giving them a shout :).

ofeersa - Main maker is Surley who do the Pugsley. Ideal for soft, unconsolidated conditions so sand and snow.
