Pondering a ride over that way later in the week. Tech stuff down through woods. Hebden Bridge ish. You know the type of thing...

I'm hoping it's like Leeds and remarkably dry.

But if it's wet I don't want to go ruining tracks and that

Any experience / knowledge to share? thanks

Surprisingly dry in places but other bits wet and big churned up puddles. My bike was absolutely filthy after ride over the pike and playing in the woods on friday, winter tyres going on this week.

I headed in the Kirklees direction from brighouse today and it was suprisingly dry. By all accounts Elland Woods is dryish up high but horrible lower down (but it does have its own unique surface..)

I reckon HB will be pretty good if its stays dry.

It was good in woods this morning, drier than Friday. If BBC and Met Office forecasts for next few days aren't too far out you should be fine.
