Hi
Can anyone recommend a good caffeine gel (or something similar)? I sometimes find myself feeling sleepy after a few hours riding and catch myself losing some alertness..
Thanks!

High5 ones don't seem to screw up my stomach as much as the SIS ones, but I save them for mile 20+ of a marathon. I've actually found that Pro-plus pills are much better if I need a caffeine shot, just washed down with water.

Falls under similar, it's a bit bulky for taking on rides but worth it...

I use the MyProtein ones. Bit more volume so easier to get down than the Torq ones, don't need to immediately wash them down with some drink.

Torq. Preferably the Banofee though have to resist the temptation to eat when I don't need them.
