The last three times I have used my caffe latex tyre sealant after a couple of days it has turned into one solid lump. Anyone any experience? Is it a faulty batch?

Latex can be shocked into a lumpy state by cold CO2. Best to use a wide bore track pump like the Joe Blow mountain or an air compressor.
