Can anyone out here point me towards a supplier of XT gear cables and outers cut to length? I normally get them from CRC but they have been awaiting re-stock for some time now. I'm not interested in the 20 quid XT cable packs.

I just registered here this morning. I ride in the south Worcestershire area (but not exclusively) and have been at it for about 5 or 6 years. So, yeah, hello..!

Not sure as I use Gore myself but I'm sure I've heard people mention Parker for this in the past.

ta. I don't mind supporting LBS now and again. I'll have to ask.

Parker have XTR - 2metres for 7.25 - which beats CRC on both counts. Thanks.

I've been racking my sieve head for the part number of the XT cable. I think it might be SP22 but i'm not sure.

Not sure but thought part no. was SP41. Have a look at UKBikestore.

SP41 gear cable outer - I was more than nearly half right then 🙄

Thanks for clearing that up.

lewismorgan - Jagwire outer is .80p a metre (!) - no problems with it then? I rarely, if ever, get shifting issues with a full length XT cable and outer, and an oiler. Cheaper would be better
