Brakes work fine. Plenty of power, but when the front is applied there is a buzzy sound like a wasp or bluebottle.Â
I've had this on a few different bikes with different brakes over the years and google seems to offer lots of theories, but does anyone actually know what causes it?

Is it not the air through the gaps on the rotor?

I have this on my old bike and new bike. Sounds like a buzzing/gargling noise.
Both have hope brakes (M4, E4). I've tried lots of things, bleeding, realigning calipers etc but I've never managed to get rid of it.
