I know that there have been numerous threads, since Brexit, about buying kit from Europe; whether you get stung for VAT and handling seems to be a bit of a lottery.
I'm after a GRX 2x groupset (probably a 600 cost-wise but 2x11 would be nice), new or lightly used and Ebay have some options, mostly coming from Europe.
As a UK based marketplace, does anyone know whether there are mechanisms in place to deal with VAT etc. or would I enter the same lottery as if I bought directly from a European retailer?

I can't see anyone using the Global Shipping Programme, which would seem to simplify things so it would look like customs charges etc. need to be added on.
It might be easier to wait for Merlin to restock and buy in the UK.

Yeah, that's the groupset at Merlin I've been waiting for - still out of stock of chainsets.
I've emailed to see if they know when they'll restock.
Hoping I might be able to put together a groupset for around the same price by buying individual components from various retailers.
