going to buy a frame from germany whats the best way to pay for it to get a good exchange,normally use paypal are there any other ways to pay to get a cheaper exchange rate. thanks

Bank transfer through transferwise. Depends if you want the protection you also get from paypal.
I also don't recall paypal being that bad for exchange rate and charges anyway.
