Hi
I've just gone to change my main pivot bearings on my Butcher and the bearings came out just using my fingers and the new ones almost dropped in too is this right??
I was expecting to have to press them in
Any replies warmly welcome
Ta

No this isn't right .chances are old bearings were that seized they've ended up spinning inside the frame making the hole bigger .hence new bearings just push in.

Big thanks to all, took the Butcher out after the loctite had had 24 hours and after 4 hours of abuse there's no play at all - the biking gods are indeed kind
