I broke my collarbone yesterday. Any tips for a quick repair? Will looking at Victoria Pendleton help?

I did mine 12 weeks ago,leave it disabled for around 3 weeks then start with physio,it brought mine on no end,had decent movement at around 4-5 weeks,light biking on the road at about 6 weeks along with golf too,after about 8 weeks you'll be pretty well healed and prob back to normal at 12 weeks.
