the chase?
Hicks Lodge, ok for a few non technical but fun quick laps.
Burton to the Chase - 30 minutes. Burton to Hicks Lodge - 20 minutes. Take the extra 10 minutes.
Rather do 1 lap of Follow the Dog than two laps of Hicks Lodge. Both can be done (even by a fat old fart like me) in less than 50 minutes. If you do have a couple of hours then do Follow the Dog and the Monkey.
As Big Steve says if you can get to the Chase go there over Hicks.
