Makes the Sick renders look good. More likely to be delivered though.

Looks like the Kickstarter possible scam Cyclotron bike from a few years ago that still hasn't been delivered

Hmmm, where's the working prototype then?

Renderings are lovely and all, but basically just a pretty idea using hubless wheels again (because they looks like what the future will)...

No or very little proof that the concept works, would just convince me it's another industrial design Grad's final year project that should quietly die now its earned its originator a first and some high fives...

(insert Bannatyne meme)...

Well the folding inside itself thing is a good reason to have hubless wheels, and making it powered overcomes a disadvantage of them. If they have got it all to work and fold up, that's tidy. But it does look a bit short bicycle-wise. Maybe the electronics prevents wheelies and endos.

I was talking about it with a mate today funnily enough. If I do one it's going to have a cage.

I like the idea of electrickery because it can be made to balance like one of those fatboy outdoor exercise toys that was going to obsolete the bicycle.

But SWMBO keeps reminding me of my promise to keep the cull going so a few bikes etc have to go out first. Bonus - it gives time to work out the electronics.

Reality may intrude though, or self-preservation. Maybe I need a disposable child as used in the film clip. 🙂
