Coffee with butter or coconut oil in is pretty good if you blitz it, I wouldn't however pay the high premium for this particular brand of coffee personally, get some good stuff from hasbean or pact.

Their website contains some of the finest bullshit I've seen in a while.

Can you really lose 100 pounds without using exercise, upgrade your IQ by more than 12 points, and stay healthy by sleeping less than 5 hours? It took more than 15 years and $300,000 to learn how to reach the Bulletproof® state of high performance. And it’s all here on the blog for you.

The thing is I quite like proper coffee I'm sat here sipping some Kenyan peaberry infused, hot water right now...

Adding Butter and Oil and whipping it up in a blender? Nah! Thanks...

If you consider that a tasty brew then you probably don't really like coffee...

Why not just get your morning calories from breakfast and your caffeine from normal Coffee or Tea?

Are people really too busy for a nice toasted crumpet and a cuppa now?
