Hi, I have a Giant Trance X 2011 26in and a 26in Bfe frame.
Between them I have a fox float 140mm, revelation dual position 150mm, old crossmax wheels (2012), hope pro 2 hubs linked to Stans Flows and various other gubbins.
Since the Trance was rated for 140mm max, the Cotic up to 160mm, am I best to put the fox on the giant and rock shox on the bfe? The revelation has been on the Giant for almost 3 years or so, with no ill effect ( as far as I know), but the bfe is being built up as a fun bike. I was going to put the flows on the bfe too, then keep the mavic/fox for the Giant.
Both are parts bin specials, so I have just got together gear as I have been going along.
