Hi all
My new Soul frame arrived last week and, for the moment at least, I'm going to be running straight 1 1/8" steerer forks (09 Revs)through the tapered headtube. I asked Paul at Cotic fit the Hope headset and to provide me with the headset reducer. Am I right in thinking that this is a replacement for the standard crown race, it goes on the fork first and that the bottom bearings sit snuggly on the reducer? Or am I missing something?? Most probably! If anyone can enlighten me I'd be most appreciative.

you put the reducer on the crown then the crown race on the reducer
