BSA30 with Sleeve?

I have several bikes running BSA30 and until recently, they had sealed bottom bracket shells.

New frame means that I now have one with an interrupted shell. Both the down tube and seat tube.

I've transferred the Hope BSA30 across to this new frame which also has a decent sized drain hole.

The Hope BSA30 doesn't have a sleeve, but having found daily against the inside face of the bearings, I'm thinking a BSA30 with a sleeve might be a good option.

Any recommendations for a sleeved BSA30 of a similar, or better quality than the Hope?

Can you get the sleeve as a separate item? I think you can for the 24mm version. Having said that, when I went to 30 on my fat bike from 24, that didn’t have a tube either. There’s probably some technical reason why not…

It would be a tight fit in there but it's doable. There's no housing, hose or wire I need to run through there so not an issue but I believe Hope didn't make one due to limited space.
