I'm impressed the way the 2" tyres fit into the 50mm shiny mudguards. The rear needs some tweaking, but its so much better than the 35c tyres I had on before. Rides nicer too.
ned - it'd look better with fat black slicks. On One have 2" Big Apples for £20 each...

ir - re: guards, it helps that they're not 2"!
You're probably right about the black, but having just bought 6 tyres for the same bike within a few months (these, race kings and 28c gatorskins) I think I'll stick with what I've got for now!
