Interested in one of these, how are they to own? I've read that the cloth is quite abrasive but I've also read the exact opposite so looking for real world experience

I've got the C15 Cambium fitted at the moment and I'm not getting on with it. I wouldn't say it's abrasive at all, it doesn't feel any more grippy or slippy than any other saddle I've tried.

If you're looking for one, give me a shout as mine will be up for sale once I've got round to taking it off the bike.

mine (c17) was rough to start with but "wore in" very nicely indeed.
ended up having set as per a Regal-E - nose flat and it was perfect.
the only down side is the cotton top retains water so soggy bottoms
abound 🙂

I've had a C17 for about 9 months and have never really got in with the shape of it. I bought a C15 yesterday and on the first little 9 mile ride this morning it seems to suit me better. They seem reasonably hard wearing, all that happens for the first few rides is that you get some fluff loss.
