There’s nothing for it - I need to replace the whole cassette right?

I lost one off a gx, the 50 tooth alloy one. I'm just glad of the weight saving 😉

Smooth the edges off and carry on. Think how "reduced" the teeth used to be on 46t chain rings.

Just use the other 11 gears.

If it's still working ok just carry on using it.

You'll be fine, the chain will engage with more than enough teeth to not cause an issue, ignore the lost tooth until more fall off, think my GX 12 speed lost 3 teeth in the big ring after 1 months usage, still worked though as they were far enough apart.
