I inadvertently removed my Garmin Edge 500 from my stem last night with my knee during the first lap at D2D.
Other than Garmin is there anyone else offering a replacement service..?
Why would you not want to use their fixed price replacement service?
Just trying to understand what options I have. I suspect I'll probably go for the replacement, just wondering if there were any othe options.
Garmin are pretty good, I've only had to pay for one repair out of three returns. To be fair that was for forerunners rather than fancier models.
You'll struggle to get it fixed, Garmins replacement system is the best way forward.
As above really. I believe the uk distributer is still a company called Dalesman. Very good company to deal with in my experience.
Screen of case? I swapped cases relatively easily. Try Garmin and see if they can supply a cover. It's just four small Torx screws.
