Just for interest, but this proposal looks fab for road cyclist, training etc, , but, seems odd not include a pump track, mtb skills zone etc etc on the overall scheme to broaden appeal and usage?

Ps aware the is a BMX here, but pump rack and mtb skills would be complete the package
